We, the Young Democrats of Culpeper County, Virginia, in order to preserve and further advance the Democratic Party, promote the election of Democrats to office, encourage the involvement and interest of youth in both political and governmental affairs, serve those in need, promote inclusion, and eliminate hatred, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Culpeper Young Democrats.
